A simplified process diagram is layed out with customer to start idea generation
Floform and Customer creates initial sketchs of the idea of the product together
Multiple ID options are created. Concept sketches are narrowed down to Rim-Split version for design focus
An artist illustration is created for client presentations. The reveals / splits and buttons are evaluated.
The concept is modeled using ProE and ISDX for curvature. The major exterior component breakouts are identified. A bottle is added to the scene for realism.
Screws, power switch and power cord are added to the ID model for placement control and realistic effect. By adding this level of detail, the exterior is defined for the Mechanical Design team
